grrr... I really need that tax refund...

this sunbathing beauty came to the vet today for her exam and lab work and x-rays ($$$) for her cardiology appointment this Friday ($$$)

the first Wednesday of the month, the dental hygienist comes up from Orange County for non-anesthetic dental cleanings so I thought I'd see how she does: 
- she has bad tartar..
- pus at the gumline..
- a lesion on her gum..
she politely declined a non-anesthetic cleaning and needs an anesthetic dental ($$$) 

she has insurance which covers $100 for dental cleanings...
I guess I should be glad that is $100 I won't have to pay on a $2,500 surgery...

I know an old lady.. who's 4 years old!!

how did she get to be so old? I remember when she was 1... 6 months of fun, when all said and done..  I remember when she was 2... already a mom, but we made it through... I remember when she was 3...  so ball-obsessed, but we let her be..  and now she's 4 🎵𝅘𝅥𝅮   is this the little girl I carried is this the little girl at play? I don't remember growing older?  when did they?  when did she get to be a beauty?  when did she grow to be so tall?  wasn't it yesterday when she was small?
