at the vet she had a good routine of flapping herself about, not using her left leg a lot (part of that was a continuation from when she was casted and COULDN'T use the leg)     once she came to our house, she tried to use that leg more, but she was falling and spinning.. being with the juniors, she was a little pressed for space, and that wasn't improving her gait.  it has been a week away from the brats and she is getting a good process to her 'walking'.  she still flaps herself around, but she is putting more weight on that leg,  and is actually getting more successful in getting from point A to point B  💗 

 ..with her grimy litter-box hands, she tried to swipe my piece of cottage pie.. she has a sense of entitlement, ...like a California teenager.

    I won a Facebook raffle for 1-week Lavender Ameracaunas on September 16th. they arrived September 20th  💖🐤🐥 there were 6 total, but 3 survived - 2 females and 1 male  🤨🫣 so.. more house chickens.. until they grow up and can be integrated..   Princess Fry LOVES her 'out' time - a break from the kiddos.. but Lillie opened their door and let them loose  😈 this here's the male - our new B.U.Ck.. 🙄

Chicken Fry was our mother-cluckin' foster for the weekend I brought her home from work on Friday, and she goes back tomorrow.  I couldn't take any pictures because I don't have a camera right now.. she is bunking with our juniors, three 12-week Lavender Ameraucanas the vet thinks Chicken Fry is a brown leghorn. I thought maybe Rhode Island Red..  either way, she is VERY lovable. lots of personality.   she is estimated to be about 20 weeks old. she was found on the local I-5 freeway with a broken leg, and a client brought her in to the vet's office. she stays at the vet's office during the week. I just brought her home because there aren't any staff there over the weekend. 

1 year ago today we brought home this bundle of fluff & energy that darling face!! who knew the energy she'd have?! the chaos she'd cause?!? 😈😝😮😱😵
