one of our chickens is having a hard molt... she's bald (and grumpy)

she's also at the bottom of the pecking order.. so they pick on her... 
she comes out to the run for food and water but then quickly runs inside the coop.

I got up this morning, and went to check for eggs and noticed a big bird poop.. 
I kept on walking and noticed another big bird poop 🤔

I turn around and she's following me!!
she flew out of the run? 
with no feathers??

their run is secured on all 4 sides. only the top is open because they've never escaped
(other than crazy  BUCk rooster we had)..
until now.. 

so the dogs have been enjoying luxurious chicken coop cuisine..
hooray.. 

my clue should have been that Gwen has poop on her right ear, her heck, and her right shoulder.. 
that confused me a bunch this morning..
now it all makes sense.. 

update Oct 3, 2021: she didn't escape today
she kept looking through the fencing as if saying "how did I get out there? I want to be out there"
I had to separate her because they wouldn't leave her alone today
thankfully the dogs do fine with her..
not looking forward to re-integrating her with the rest..
