I think we're in for a spot of trouble

we were surprised with a bunch of wee fluffs the weekend after 4th of July..
there were so many, many of them.. unfortunately we were unaware and the other girls weren't being so friendly. they would also escape the fencing on the chicken run so I had to act fast.. I brought in who I suspected was momma and as many babies as I could.. after all said and done, once they no longer needed momma, we ended up with 3 babies.

we had our first snake in the yard today.. we put all the dogs away, then shoo'd him through the chain link.. I was not concerned because "he's" not dangerous.. VERY pretty though. ugh, I hate meat bees

the meat bees are back.. this time they are messing with Mr Grey's food on the front porch.. I can't spend as much time out there with him, I just run and hide I need to get my bug traps set up in the back yard AND the front..

I know an old lady.. who's 4 years old!!

how did she get to be so old? I remember when she was 1... 6 months of fun, when all said and done..  I remember when she was 2... already a mom, but we made it through... I remember when she was 3...  so ball-obsessed, but we let her be..  and now she's 4 ๐ŸŽต๐…    is this the little girl I carried is this the little girl at play? I don't remember growing older?  when did they?  when did she get to be a beauty?  when did she grow to be so tall?  wasn't it yesterday when she was small?
