we had a little house-guest for a few days

    little Misty came to stay with us for a little while.. 
she is definitely not thrilled with all the puppy antics - she's a bit of a grumpy grouch..
but at least THEY respect HER..  she's an old old lady now..

we had our first snake in the yard today.. we put all the dogs away, then shoo'd him through the chain link.. I was not concerned because "he's" not dangerous.. VERY pretty though. I know an old lady.. who's 4 years old!!

how did she get to be so old? I remember when she was 1... 6 months of fun, when all said and done..  I remember when she was 2... already a mom, but we made it through... I remember when she was 3...  so ball-obsessed, but we let her be..  and now she's 4 🎵𝅘𝅥𝅮   is this the little girl I carried is this the little girl at play? I don't remember growing older?  when did they?  when did she get to be a beauty?  when did she grow to be so tall?  wasn't it yesterday when she was small?
